MEDICAL CARE ASSISTANCE

The following information outlines the assistance and/or services (depending on applicable eligibility guidelines) that may be available to you as a laid-off worker from the listed organizations:

If your health insurance benefits are still in effect you should make arrangements now to obtain any needed medical care you or your family members may need.

When your health insurance is no longer in effect you should still contact your physician or other health care provider from whom you usually seek care.  The medical community believes your health care provider will continue to work with you and your family.
