The Guadalupe Clinic is sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Wichita to serve people without regard to race, religion or creed. They provide health services for the uninsured, working poor, and those who are ineligible for medical cards or Medicare. Volunteer physicians provide most services. Guadalupe Clinic works closely with the Wichita health care system to assure services are available and affordable to the patients they serve. The clinic is able to offer its patients diagnositc testing, x-rays, mammograms, as well as specialized medical care at no cost through a network of facilities.

Medical Service Bureau is a local non-profit service organization that was established in 1937 by the Medical Society of Sedgwick County and the United Way of the Plains. The Medical Service Bureau provides emergency help for needed prescription medication, diabetic supplies, long term help with prescription medication for chronic illnesses through the Pharmaceutical Drug Programs, referrals for low-cost eye exams and purchases needed prescription eyeglasses.
